Dear Friends,
As your newly elected President of the CGNA, I would like to take this opportunity thank Ms. Amanda Meyers for her dedication and leadership for serving as our first President of the Chicago Grand Avenue Neighbors Association (CGNA).
The organization has worked diligently and conscientiously to ensure that our community is the cleanest, safest and happiest place to live. The tremendous efforts that the members and supporters of CGNA have made and has accomplished this year have also helped bring its membership number to an all time high. I applaud our Executive Board, our entire membership — new and old, and all of our supporters for strengthening and uniting this community as for many years to come…a job well done.
It is with great pride that I serve you for the next term 2007-2010. I plan to work as hard as I possibly can to continue what Amanda began and achieved. I will keep our mission and work closely with our elected officials, civic organizations and our neighbors in the Industrial corridor to maintain our community as an ideal place to live and raise a family.
I would also like to thank Mr. Michael Beyer and Mrs. Natalie Browne for putting together and maintaining CGNA website.
