Zoning Change Request—Property Data Sheet

Complete this form and follow the guidelines if you are seeking a  zoning change in our boundaries.  No zoning change requests will be considered otherwise.

Guidelines

   

We want to keep the neighborhood low-density, with ample
parking and limited multi-unit dwellings.

 

Given the pace of change in the area, residents must be given
  a voice as to changes affecting the neighborhood.
   

We are opposed to large multi-unit housing.
   

We may take exceptions, based on surrounding properties for
  a balanced and cohesive streetscape.
   

With this in mind, CGNA's initial position is as shown in the
  table below.

Zoning for a standard lot (25 X 125) RS3
Zoning for all non-standard lots RS3 with RT3.5 pending review and approval
Zoning change on "For Sale" property Not allowed

Developer requests a zoning change or variance

Developer MUST notify everyone within a 2-block radius and present his plans to the P&D Committee.  Material to be presented shown on next page
Parking for multi-unit 1.5 on-site parking spots per unit strongly encouraged

The P&D committee would like to review any planned renovations, add-ons, special cases, variances, etc. that do not fall within the property/lots current zoning.
